At Salt Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
